The Salad Project's story is simple; two friends meet at hospitality school, share a passion for food and discover an opportunity to bring a new restaurant concept to the U.K. The concept focuses on providing seasonal ingredients and sustainably-sourced salad bowls, building a like-minded community by inspiring healthy, conscious eating.
Stand out from an incredibly crowded market was the name, carefully considered branding was the game. Unique communications design will help drive fresh footfall, a truly different experience will linger with them long after they've left, and hopefully keep them coming back. The Salad Project needed to ensure their concept cuts through a crowded marketplace, inviting customers to come and trial something a little different.
Our aim was to bring a sleek and modern finish to the bright, organic colourful chaos inside each unique salad bowl. Taking our sole inspiration from the ingredients used by the guys, the constant organic themes meet with kitchen sharp type delivering a trustworthy yet intriguing appearance.
